City of Hesston Budget Books
Departmental Budget and Capital Improvement Plan Book is usually created every September. It has the departmental budgets and their respective capital improvement plans.  It shows the current and future years budgeted numbers as well as previous years actual numbers.
A Look Back and A Look Forward Comprehensive Budget Report is created around the first of each year after the previous year has been closed. The report contains a lot more information, (mill levy analysis, organizational charts, debt reporting, etc.) and shows previous years actuals and current budget numbers for all funds, not just the department budgets.
