All contractors, electricians, and plumbers must have a license with the City of Hesston before a permit is approved. If you are a home owner and doing the work yourself, no license is required however, permits and inspections still apply.

  • Right-of-Way Permit (Permit for work on City Right-of-Way, City Easement, & City Property)
